Thank you Tracey and the Kidz R fit team that was a brilliant Hoola Hoop party. My daughters 7th birthday went without a hiccup and was totally stress free. Tracey took over as soon as the children arrived and had children aged from 3 to 12 all taking part at their own level. Every game and dance routine was energetic and fun. The children had rosey cheeks and smiles on their faces for the whole 2 hours. The time was well planned including warm up. main games and hooping skills and finished with a cool down before they were handed back to parents, who by the way were all dying to have a go to!!

She has been a great support in giving good advice and new ideas for the Young Mum`s to Be course that we have been running at Felling Children Centre and we are hoping that we will have a lot more involvement with Tracey within different groups in the future.
